Revocation right for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you receives the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) to:

Consequences of withdrawal

  • We will refund all payments including delivery costs (excluding surcharges for express or special delivery).
  • The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received the returned goods.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless you received the wrong item.
  • For goods shipped via freight forwarding, return shipping costs can be up to €99.

Return of goods

Please return the goods within 14 days of cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the shipment in time.

Ensure the original packaging is used and that the package is secure for transport. Returns sent freight collect should be avoided.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

  • Individually configured items (e.g. ice skates from the configurator) are excluded from exchange.
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons if they have been opened.
