By completing the registration, you accept the following terms and conditions of participation as binding.

Terms and conditions of participation – t-blade partner program

(Teams, clubs & content partners)

1. Scope of application

These terms and conditions of participation apply to private individuals, teams, clubs, trainers, influencers, website operators and similar partners (hereinafter referred to as "Partners") who recommend or promote t-blade products.

2. Participation & Registration

Participation in the partner program takes place via a separate partner registration page.
There is no entitlement to participation. t-blade reserves the right to reject registrations without giving reasons.

3. Partner Levels & Commissions

Remuneration is performance-based and follows these levels:

  • Private partners: 5%

  • Team 6: 6%

  • Team 8: 8%

  • Team 10: 10%

Promotion to a higher level is only possible after examination and only applies to the following year.

4. Commission basis

Commissions are granted exclusively on:

  • non-discounted products

  • Regular retail prices (RRP)

No commission is paid on:

  • discounted or reduced products

  • Promotional prices, vouchers, special offers

  • Shipping costs and taxes

  • Partner's own purchases

5. Bonus regulations

t-blade may grant partners one-off bonus payments upon reaching defined sales targets.
Justify bonus payments no claim on a permanent increase in the commission level.

6. Vouchers & exclusive benefits

Partners may receive exclusive vouchers or benefits (e.g. free shipping).
These are allowed exclusively to:

  • own members

  • Club or team members

  • personal contacts (friends, acquaintances, family)

be passed on.

Public distribution is strictly prohibited.

In particular, publication via the following channels is prohibited:

  • public websites

  • Social media (posts, stories, groups)

  • Voucher or deal portals

  • Newsletter or mass communication

Sanctions for violations

In case of misuse, t-blade reserves the right to:

  • no commissions to be paid out

  • to freeze outstanding commissions

  • to immediately block or permanently exclude the partner

In this case, there is no entitlement to commissions that have already been recorded but not paid out.

7. Payout

  • Payments are made manually

  • Minimum amount: €50

  • Commissions are cancelled upon refunds.

8. Duration & Termination

Participation can be cancelled at any time.
t-blade can exclude partners at any time for violations or for important reasons.
