Right of Withdrawal

This cancellation policy applies to contracts with:

1. Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

• If you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together: from the day on which you or a third party designated by you have taken possession of the goods;
• If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately: from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email). A model withdrawal form is available for your convenience.

After receiving your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation with the correct return address. Please do not return any goods to our business address without prior authorization.

2. Consequences of revocation

• We will refund all payments, including delivery costs (excluding surcharges for special deliveries), within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
• Refunds will be issued via the same payment method as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
• We may refuse to issue a refund until we have received the goods back or proof of return.
• You must return the goods no later than 14 days after declaring your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.
• You bear the direct return shipping costs.
• You are liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss resulted from handling that was not necessary for checking their condition.

3. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the delivery of individually configured or personalized products (e.g. ice skates from the configurator);
• for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons if their seal has been removed.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the following cases:

• Products that, after opening or use, can no longer be resold as new for hygienic or safety reasons.

In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct up to 20% of the purchase price from the refund amount for necessary processing of the goods – depending on the condition of the returned goods.

4. Statutory rights regarding defects & warranty provisions

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, statutory warranty rights apply. Any additional guarantee only exists if it has been expressly granted.
